C & J Landscapes (FL License# 222944-0000-2) was established in 2000 by Curtis Anderson which operated under the name of K & A Property Services. Jeff Cowles joined the company in 2003 when the name was changed to C & J Landscapes. While the company is relatively new in the landscape industry we bring a wealth of personal experience, and are committed to providing a higher level of service for lower rates than other landscaping services. Curtis Anderson has been a part owner of McClain's Orchid Range & Nurseries for over 20 years, and has extensive knowledge of plants, and plant care. He also has several years of experience in management and customer service. Jeff Cowles brings over 14 years of management and customer service experience to the company. The result of this pairing is outstanding results with professional friendly service. Our Services Include: Lawn Care Service: Includes mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing of curbs and walkways. Hedge and Shrub Maintenance: Clipping, trimming, and reshaping of hedges and shrubs. Planting: We will select or suggest plants that will do best in the selected environment, design plant beds, and provide placement of the plants in the beds. Mulching: We can mulch beds using biodegradable (wood) mulches, rubber mulch, or varieties of decorative stone. Irrigation Repair and Maintenance: We can repair automatic or manual built in irrigation systems, or perform routine maintenance on these systems (clean heads, adjust streams for maximum efficiency, and check system for parts failure). |
